The article deals with individual partial problems of our current housing policy, which have not yet received sufficient attention. It presents the initial situation, an overview of individual problem areas and their brief characteristics. It considers the role of public administration in solving them and in particular raises the question of whether the local government is sufficiently qualified to manage them.
