The goal of the work was to find means for determination of reliability of transport system exposed to effects of influence of specific conditions. The definition of reliability as a general feature of the object is crucial, lying in its ability to fulfil required functions in maintaining values of operational indicators in certain limits and in time according to technical conditions. For elements of transport infrastructures it is design lifespan of certain object stand for the time. For examination of reliability of transport system reliability of elements of transport infrastructure is limiting where the design lifespan is set while paying attention to their role in the system. The results of this work have its place in the field of new approach to designing of progressive structures, which is an integrated proposal representing multi-parametric proposal of a structure embracing the whole spectrum of reliability criteria from the aspect of various resolving levels (material, component, object, finance) in the process of all phases of life cycle.
