Development individual cars transport for transport passengers and relatively regular decrease passengers in public transport is urgency in nearest time rectify on level regional administration and active attendances of the state and municipal autonomy. Continuous stress on the investment in growing individual cars transport and servicing road network can be in nearest time (5 - 10 years) serious economic problem, much meaningful than actual economic help to system public transport.
