This article shows results of estimation the amplification factors. In this study was used data from six acceleration stations installed in areas under investigation. The amplification was calculated from attenuation relation, which implicates amplification factor. The size of amplification was related with the site of amplification factor calculated from HVSR method. All results show that in different regions of Bytom Syncline (Upper Silesia) occur different values of vibration amplification. So we connect the results with the geology at the site of measurement.
