The paper is oriented on practically usage of method UMRA (Universal Matrix of Risk Analysis) at decision making at process for maintenance residential housing locality Nova Osada, city Ostrava. The paper coming - out from practically example, which had been analysis for Office in Ostrava. The aimed was select acceptable housing for redevelopment and prepare their mark of this buildings, because redevelopment is not acceptably from reason economically and this qualification will be provide to house demolishing.
