This work deals with the interaction of a structure and its subsoil. The investigated object is a concrete foundation of the compressor. The calculation model of the compressor, foundation block and subsoil is asembled by the finite element method. The paper concerns with dynamic response to harmonic and general excitation acting in time. Obtained results are trated in the numerical and graphical form.
