Congestion in many developed countries are becoming increasingly important problem is, they may become a limiting factor in the development of transport and territory and affect all road users. Greater concentration of automobiles, demand for higher speed and performance causing the emergence of congestion, which in turn leads to the requirement for continued expansion of road infrastructure.
