The development of technical and economic solutions to maintenance and rehabilitation of housing is shaped primarily an effort to increase the effectiveness of technical and economic solutions. There is still more room for the application of facility management in the context of lifecycle cost of construction, benefits and long-term conservation, sustainable development. Contribution affects the economy, innovative methods of maintenance of residential houses, which can be solved as the reliability of service buildings, and that should come from the analysis of income, affecting the quantity of output and system cost analysis to address the quantity of inputs necessary for its operation. These innovative methods could be the basis for all economic decisions, pricing and profits, further reflection on the operation and use.
