Integral part of regeneration industry area is care of buildings. Within the frame of development of region and city is necessity services, repair and maintenance of this buildings. The paper is oriented up to problems heat engineering and energy of buildings on industry area. Part of paper is oriented on assessment of this buildings with using multicriterion analysis.
