This paper deals with presentation of changes of mine water level in the Jeronym Mine in Cista (Karlovy Vary District). In 2003 and 2008, significant increasing of mine water lever occurred on middle horizon of this mine. Potential sources of mine water and drain ways from underground spaces are summarized. On this base, potential representation of situation discussed above is briefly described.
